This is light-stabilized greenhouse film with increased strength that is achieved due to the comprehensive use of light-stabilizing and antioxidant additives. Their introduction prevents rapid destruction of polyethylene under the action of UV radiation and ensures the possibility of using the film for 2, 4 or more seasons.

Heat-shrink bags are designed for packing products on pallets. They are made of shrinkable film therefore have all advantages of this film. Shrinkable bags are widely used for packing building materials. As a rule, manual gas burner or a construction hot air gun is used for bags shrinkage.

Mulching film is used to get an earlier and richer harvest. It attracts more and more followers. This method has proven itself well for such heat-loving vegetables as pepper, tomatoes, corn, and for the work with grape vine.

Flexoprinting on films can be made both on our own materials and on materials of the customer. We offer patterning on polyethylene film (from 1 to 4 colors) by flexographic method on modern machines. The equipment allows printing on film up to 1600 mm wide and with the thickness beginning from 25 μm.

Modern production allows making PE bags of various types, designs and sizes. The most common classification of their types according to their intended use is as follows: packaging bags, which are most often transparent and thin (their thickness can reach only 4-5 microns). They are used for packing artificial industrial or food products protecting them from dirt and moisture. They can be made from polyethylene of all types. The bags type “T-shirt” with side handles and folds when folded are similar to this item of clothing. They became most popular for packaging purchases in supermarkets due to their external compactness, internal capacity and ease of transportation. Most often, they are made of HDPE. The bags with handles are visually similar to shopping-bags, but they require additional investments into production and they cost a little more than “T-shirts”. They are made of linear polyethylene, LDPE and mixed options. They can have slotted handles with various types of fasteners: in the form of a loop, made of rope or plastic. The bags can have “envelope” type fasteners with a lock, etc. There are bags for economic or technical needs (for example, for garbage). They are made from polyethylene of all types, including secondary use with the addition of colorful dyes. They can have handles or tightening tapes. Brand bags serve as advertising for a specific enterprise at a holiday, presentation, and other similar occasions. They are made of various types of polyethylene and have an image of a trademark or logo.

POLYPROPYLENE TAPE

Polypropylene tape is used for fixing various goods during their transportation. These are wood products (plywood, cardboard, boards, logs, paper, furniture), various metal structures (pipes, parts and profiles) and all kinds of building materials (bricks, tiles, paving stones) and even household appliances that require special caring attitude. It is especially valuable that the width of…

It is especially valuable that the width of the tape does not change when stretched – it has high strength. This allows you to use it for fastening on pallets of goods weighing up to five tons rigidly fixing the center of gravity. The strapping tape has a sanitary certificate, which allows it to be used for transporting food products.

In addition to polypropylene tape, there are all types of accessories (clamping and wire staples, tensioning and combined devices, protective corners and much more), as well as packaging equipment.
